The Flex mattress topper has been developed as an aid in the treatment of pressure ulcers up to and including stage 2. The mattress topper, which is laminated with our unique LENTEX laminate, is completely liquid-proof and can be disinfected and wiped clean with a damp cloth. The maximum user weight is 150 kg when the mattress is used in combination with a good base mattress.
The Flex hygiene mattress is a mattress topper made from viscoelastic polyether that moulds to the body’s temperature. The mattress topper has been developed to provide a high level of comfort and effective pressure relief when used in combination with a good mattress. The Flex mattress topper is particularly recommended for patients with pressure sores, back and muscle pain, and sleep difficulties.

The mattress has a LENTEX cover that is completely free from seams and zips. This reduces the risk of liquids and contaminants penetrating the mattress’s foam core.
The white surface layer makes it easier for staff to detect any dirt on the surface. The fact that the laminate is also semi-transparent allows staff to inspect the foam core from the outside to detect any hidden contamination through external mechanical damage.
