We offer free training in the evacuation of Immobile patients – a course designed to prepare healthcare staff for fire or other emergencies. The training takes place at On-site at your facility and focuses on practical exercises using the equipment employed in your operations, such as rescue sheets, evacuation mats, or mattresses with a built-in evacuation function.

Our experience from almost 30 years of work with evacuation training in the healthcare sector shows that many healthcare facilities lack clear routines and sufficient training to be able to evacuate patients who cannot evacuate themselves quickly and safely. In a high-pressure emergency situation, it is crucial that the staff know what needs to be done – and have practised it.

The training provides an increased understanding of how different evacuation devices are used during evacuations, but also what is organisationally required to ensure all patients can be included in an evacuation plan. It is adapted to the organisation's circumstances and led by experienced trainers with a good knowledge of everyday healthcare. Our evacuation training offers:
